WT4-80.50-K-17 High Temperature Rotary Joint
♦ This rotary joint features a dual-channel structure. The housing is made of carbon steel and stainless steel, while the elbow and bushing are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
♦ The sealing system adopts a balanced mechanical seal composed of carbon graphite and silicon carbide, combined with QPQ surface treatment technology, to ensure good sealing performance and structural stability.
♦ The product strictly guarantees coaxiality and is suitable for water medium transmission. It can operate stably under conditions of 120°C, 20 bar pressure, and 500 RPM.
♦ It is equipped with an R2 1/2" to G2" reducing elbow and an Rc2 1/2" to G2" bushing to meet the needs of reducing thread connections.

A: No additional seals are needed. The reducing elbow and bushing adopt an integrated sealing design with the main body. Combined with their precision thread machining, effective sealing can be achieved directly. Only standard torque tightening is required during installation.
