HW 2100 K-424 Thermal Oil Rotary Joint
HW2100 K 424 thermal Oil rotary joint is a replacement for Maier units.
It adopts a dual passage flange connected structure with carbon steel main body.
The flange and elbow are formed by welding.
Equipped with balanced mechanical seals, it is designed for continuous rotary media transfer under high temperature hot oil working conditions.
It is well suited for rotary pipeline retrofitting and spare part replacement of various hot oil heat exchange equipment.

A: The flange and elbow are welded and processed before delivery. Avoid excessive equipment vibration as well as sharp temperature rises or drops in field operation to minimize impact load on welds.
A: Operation at 100 RPM is permitted. For long-term full-speed running, avoid operating at maximum pressure and maximum temperature simultaneously. Perform regular inspection to check seal leakage.
