Apart from the significant price difference between domestic and foreign rotary joints, the key is that domestic rotary joint leakage problems are also frequent. Why did this situation occur? Let's take hydraulic rotary joints as an example to introduce them.

At present, the quality of rotary joints in China is uneven. For example, our hydraulic rotary joints are all non-standard designs and do not have certain national standards to support them, so the quality of the rotary joints is not in the first grade.
Firstly, the small factory did not invest in research and development, and there are flaws and areas for improvement in the internal design of the joints;
Secondly, there are no foreign resources around us, and the internal seals are not made of imported seals. Hydraulic rotary joints are prone to wear and tear in high-pressure or acid-base environments.

Again: The manufactured rotary joint does not have a complete inspection system, and all of the above factors contribute to the phenomenon of leakage in the rotary joint.
The hydraulic rotary joint produced by our company adopts German technology, with multiple sealing designs and a double cone structure. This design is like embedding the sealing element into the joint pipeline, forming an integration. The contact point between the surface of the sealing element and the rotating shaft is like two mirrors sticking to each other. This not only reduces the friction coefficient to the minimum, but also has a good sealing effect. During high-speed rotation, the wear of the hydraulic rotary joint is considerable. Therefore, the internal sealing elements of the Xindeli rotary joint are configured with imported sealing elements, which have characteristics such as acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and long service life.
