1, Hydraulic rotary joints are widely used
Hydraulic rotary joint is a connecting sealing device that inputs fluid medium from a stationary pipeline into rotating equipment. The product is widely used in various high-end fields such as automation industry, CNC machine tool industry, cable reel, printing industry, medical equipment, semiconductor industry, military industry, rotary indexing table, plastic forming, aerospace equipment, automation robots, mechanical arms, hydraulic fixture equipment, etc.
2, Selection of hydraulic rotary joints
Firstly, determine the type of rotary joint to be used based on the structure of the device connected to the rotary joint: if the structure of the device determines that the input medium and output medium are implemented on the same side of the device, then a dual path rotary joint must be selected. If the structure of the device determines that the input medium and output medium are implemented on both sides of the device, then a single path rotary joint must be selected.
2. If the equipment requires the simultaneous transportation of multiple media or the output of media to multiple positions, the selection of a multi-channel hydraulic rotary joint should be considered.
3. Select the diameter of the rotary joint and the standard threaded connection port according to the required input and output medium flow rate.
4. Select hydraulic rotary joints with corresponding performance based on the pressure of the medium and the speed of the equipment.
5. Determine the flange or threaded connection and the inner pipe rotating or fixed connection based on the connection structure between the equipment and the rotary joint. At the same time, it is important to remember that if a threaded rotary joint is selected, the rotation direction of the equipment must be clearly defined.
6. When selecting, pay attention to the following parameters:
1) The structural form and related dimensions of the connection between the equipment and the rotary joint;
2) Equipment speed and direction;
3) The name of the medium and its temperature and pressure;
4) Provide the interface form and size for connecting the rotary joint to the metal hose.
3, Preparation and precautions before installation
Before installing the rotary joint, remove all hard particles and other dirt from the pipes, rollers, and inside the rotary joint.
2. Check whether the type, specification, and model of the selected rotary joint are correct, and whether the connecting parts with the machine and pipeline (pipe section) used for assembly are missing.
When the hollow shaft of the rotary joint is connected by threads, it should be checked whether the rotation direction of the threads is opposite to the rotation direction of the assembled rotating body and whether the dimensions are the same.
4. Check the rotation end body and the fixed end body, and adjust the concentricity between their shells and the hollow shaft to prevent shell vibration or rotation during the installation and use of the rotary joint.
